Beyond frustrated and need help with loud Xbox One

I bought an Xbox One and when you put it a disc in it it makes a terrible sound like an RC helicopter flying around. I sent it back to Microsoft for a repair/exchange, and 25 days later (on Christmas Eve) it was returned to me with a note that said there
is nothing wrong with it and nothing was done to fix it! So now I still have a malfunctioning Xbox that I can't give my son for Christmas. Who do I need to contact or is there a number I can call to get this taken care of? I am not settling for the service
provided to me. I am an adult with a full time job and a family, my time is important and this is becoming beyond frustrating. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

Is any way to file a complaint for abusive customer support from Xbox One?

I’m sorry for the rant but I beyond frustrated with my situation; I really need to find a way to file a complaint.

Calling and talking with the “supervisor” didn’t help much.

Just wondering if someone can help.

BEYOND FRUSTRATED

OMG.....I am trying to request a call from Xbox support and the first and last name fields are grayed out and I cannot figure out how to get my name in there. And of course it will not let me submit my request without it. HELP before I pull out all my
hair!!!!

Sorry to hear it. Had you tried to return the console to the store for an exchange if it was purchased recently?

If you would like to contact phone support and live in North America then dial 1-800-469-9269. Be sure to explain the issue to them and set up an Advance Exchange. They'll require a credit card to put a hold on. Then they'll send you a console. When
you get it you send yours back and when they receive it they'll remove the hold.

If the decision was upheld, that's the end of the discussion. Your case has been thoroughly reviewed by the Enforcement Team twice, and both reviews determined that the suspension was appropriate. You'll just have to serve the remainder of your suspension.
There will be more Iron Banner events. Missing one isn't fatal to your Destiny career.

You're not getting responses in the enforcement forums because they aren't used anymore (see the sticky post at the top of each forum). The enforcement website is the place to go now.

Sorry that you are currently serving a suspension. However, no one in the forums have any access to that information. It is managed completely by the enforcement team.
