    Beyond excellent customer service


    Hi all!

    Just wanted to express my sincere gratitude for the customer service I just experienced!

    I was having issues with my pre-paid XBL card, so I requested a call back from Xbox, which took less than 2 minutes which was excellent within itself, then I was connected straight away to a rep, who was more than helpful,
    he was very polite and sorted my problem out in no time! He made me feel at ease and was very helpful, usually, liasing with any kind of customer service can be very tedious, on both parts, however, this experience was one of the best I have had and I would
    just like to express my gratitude and say, THANKYOU XBOX!

    Custom decals for your Xbox?

    I had a custom decal on mine that my cousin gave me. It was on there till I gave it away. It was beyond excellent though.

    I'm glad you had a good time Beyond excellent customer service :) I had to go through to them yesterday and although they didn't resolve my problem, they were polite and concise. You can usually tell the good ones from the bad ones lol

    Like others have said, for games I wouldn't use no-one else but Shopto, pretty good prices, excellence delivery times and a really helpfull customer service.
