    Well ever since i tryed to renew on the
    FIRST of
    march a.k.a 29 days agoo.

    I've not been able to play my damn account. Had the errors everyone else had then straight to billing account being locked..

    Been in several chats and calls, i'd just like to actually play my dang account so
    DO something about it!!



    I don't wanna hear " Call customer services" they don't know what they're doing..

    I want a solid solution so i can actually play under my account something This Year!

    Tomb Raider - black screen of death

    So has anyone found a fix for this yet? Just encountered this for the first time today while at 78%. I am beyond annoyed.

    I tried Jules suggestion but it did not fix anything for me.

    Dark Souls and Skyrim

    Dark souls annoyed the hell out of me. It was frustrating beyond belief! Get quite far, die, head back towards your dropped souls, die. There is just nothing to do in DS apart from trying to get from A to B without dying. Rubbish game.

    I just like how i can use 2 day trial codes but cant purchase a full #### month or redeem this code i have for a full month thanks to my billing being blocked... GG bro GG

    Pretty much all you can do is keep trying with customer service, honestly. If no one on the online chats can help, then that's really the only way.

    Maybe try looking at other peoples solutions online? There's got to be someone who can help you! Customer Service is really all that is left. I'm Sorry Beyond annoyed :(

    I'm having a very similar problem. Got a month's free trial, bought 12 months, can get Xbox live if my profile's signed out, but as soon as I try to get online signed in i get error code 800704DC. JOKE. It's a disgrace that we pay all this money and there
    are no solutions. I am in Spain and do not want to have to pay further money to get some halfwit tell me 'turn your router off and on again.' Absolute joke. I'd be happy to boycott anything related to Microsoft in the future. Unreal.
