Beware of the unsync MS server time!

I joined the Game Pass 14 days trial on 22nd Dec 2017 12:17am HK time, after my new xbox one s finished updating, which took more than a few hours, talk about "speedy" MS servers!! However, under subscription, it states the pass will be expired on the 3rd
Jan 2018, which are just 13 days.

The billing record clearly show the join time was also on 22nd. I have talked to 4 different online support under billing, none of them was able to check the billing time, all they said I joined on the 21st. First of all, if I'm asking for support on billing,
and I choose the support under billing, how can the support not able to check the billing details!?

So I suspect there must be something wrong with the server time, and I asked the exact time I joined, 21st Dec 2017 10:17pm HK time. Somehow the server time was delayed 2 hours, or it used UTC+6 instead of UTC+8 (my timezone).

Anyway, I'm not happy with the supports. And also the purchase service has been down for 2 days...

Xbox 360 controller won't sync to windows 10

Hey there TG SilentStorm.

You shouldn't need to unsync the controllers. Once you sync them with another device they should automatically unsync from a previous device. Have you possibly tested one of these controllers with an Xbox 360 to see if they're able to connect there?
