Beware of the addicted WoT Apologists!

These crazy guys are so consumed with this FREE game, that they can't wait to JUMP onto any post that raises a criticism of this game.

You may notice that posters recount their own BAD EXPERIENCES (not lies) in their criticisms of WoT, yet the APOLOGISTS feel compelled to attack them or attempt to bully these people into silence...just for telling the TRUTH. (If you listen to actual people
in your WoT matches, you'll hear "that's BS!" so many times that it may astound you. Those people aren't lying. However, you'd have to get out of your party to hear it.)

If you doubt me, then take a look at ANY post concerning WoT's (running joke of a) SPOTTING system. You will see 1) you don't understand the spotting system (yes, we do...and better than any addicted apologist does!) or 2) some sort of attack on the poster's
playing ability (for daring to publicly mention that it's a running joke).

This tells me that they are unnaturally wedded to this game, like a DRUG addict.

Compare the format of a spiteful WoT reply post to that of a DRUG ADDICT. (or...WoT & the 3 Billy Goats Gruff.)

The ADDICT shells out $$$$ to his DEALER for something (DRUGS) that is detrimental to his health and/or sanity.

Constant abuse of his drug causes a change in his personality & alters his priorities. (Where have I heard this, before?)

The addict (or a psychotic Wot Player) NEVER disparages the DRUG DEALER (WoT) for his habit, does he? (Does this ring a bell?)

If you try to tell the addict that he is engaged in an unhealthy addiction, he will tell you that he can quit...anytime! Do it multiple times & he'll lash out at YOU and/or defend his dealer. (Sound familiar?)

If you write a truthful criticism about WoT, the ADDICTS will attack you! (Do you see the pattern, yet?)

(Nobody ever makes up stories that WoT is terrible because the tanks look like unicorns or they shoot flowers from the guns or fly around like the Wicked Witch of the West, do they?)

These guys are STONE COLD (no, not WWE's Steve Austin) drug addicts. (Step back & watch the HATE fly!)

On a side note...there's a bridge in my county where 3 Billy goats are waiting for their troll to move in & take up residence. Any takers? (Only hate-filled, WoT addicted posters need apply.)

That error code usually appears when using an outdated version of WOT.

If that is the case delete WOT, restart the console and download WOT again

 

i do not deny people have bad experiences with the game , not being apologist for WOT but just trying to help these people by giving possible causes and solutions to these issues . trying to help is the main purpose of these forums . anything else is just
irrelevant garbage . by just saying "this game is worthless and the programmers are the worst" , you are not being any help whatsoever .

honnestly , how does it hurt you that people try this game FOR FREE and make their own opinion on it ? your constant b!^$%# whining and complaining about how bad the game and its developers are do not help anyone , just reinforces some people's ideas about
the game , whether they fully understand its underlying mechanics or not .

you have played this game a lot ( i believe about 4800 something combats ) . why do you play that much of a game you obviously hate ?

and do not tell me you have any clear , detailed and exact understanding of the spotting mechanics when the majority of your games are from the back of the map in an artillery , that is just ludicrous .

According to your supposition, I clearly don't know ANYTHING about the BS spotting system. That must be how I got the master badge in my M5 & was team MVP (killing a Tiger 2) in a tier 8 match with it...oh, wait! I know EVERYTHING about it & you are WRONG.

I do only one thing....speak the truth.

When the truth goes against the addict's "pipe dream", then they crawl out from under their rock (or basement) to apologize for the game.

The format of an addict-apologist's post (or reply) tells me exactly what is going on inside of his mind.

If what I stated was (in any way) wrong, it wouldn't bother an addict (such as yourself) & you would happily correct the error. However, that does NOT happen. Does it? (Because you can't correct the truth.)

You are ADDICTED to a mediocre game. The sooner that you admit it, the better it will be for you.

Liking or disliking the way this game plays doesn't make you an idiot, because that's your opinion. If you like playing with a team of idiots (which I do not), that's your business. I just tell the truth...and that bothers the addict & the apologist.

I help my friends gain medals, achievements & support for the acquisition of new tanks (in spite of the idiots that infest this game). I am very good at it, too.

Apologizing for the bad physics & bad play mechanics won't make you a better player...ever.

it's none of your business what I spend or don't spend my money on. the game is completely free, so I don't have to spend money on it.... and good luck to you while you continue to play the game you hate so much.

Your poll results were FAR beyond anything that I could have ever imagined! I had heard the rumors that people had spent several hundred dollars on the PC game, but I had hoped that there wasn't anyone nearly that stupid on xbox 360.

lol I admit that spending hundreds of dollars into this game is completely ***. Especially the people who spent 50 bucks on useless vanity tanks like freedom and fury.they are the same exact tanks already in the game. Why waste money on crap like that? You
wan't to spend a few bucks to get premium time or a unique tank, go ahead. 50 bucks for a 'pretty paint job' shows how special you are.

No, I agree with your points about spending (I'd say wasting) $$$ on those tanks. However, you are clearly not the "average" player that they will take to the cleaners!

I see it as a "pay to TRY to win more" game for the unsuspecting or frustrated players, which is part of their insidious plan.

This company appears to fully exploit people's (their customer's) ignorance in a way that I find to be deceptive, despicable & disgusting, even though it is completely legal.

This isn't a "right"or "wrong" situation for any of us, whether you choose to play the game or not. I just hope that others become fully informed so enable them to make good choices.
