After playing Minecraft for 5 hours, I still don't see any Minecraft better together update under "My games & apps"?

Any help?

I have the Minecraft Disc for Xbox one but it wont let me get the Better together update. I've tried to figure this out but I haven't had any luck.

 

I say give up, I have played for over 18 hours and it's still not there.

 

Have you any news about this issue ? I have the same problem and have playing for more than 5 hours.

 

I've contacted Xbox 3 times and they keep saying they'll send me a token and I have yet to hear back. I've played well over the 5 hours and also purchased a skin pack and ut still costs $25.99 in the store and is not in my games list. I'm starting to think
that this so-called "free" update doesn't exist. I can't afford to buy so if I can't get it then I guess I'm stuck with a game that soon won't have any new updates and content.

 

Any news? Same problem, we played more than 5 hours AND bought a texture pack and no updates!

 

The last time I contacted them which makes 4 now I was told it takes 14 business days to show. I'm up to 17 business days and still nothing. Will be contacting them AGAIN tomorrow after work. This is total BS.

 

good luck. I even tried to purchase it because I got so frustrated. It still doesn’t work. That’s why they won’t give a redemption code. It won’t work. Fix this Xbox. This sucks

 

Today they told me, that the offer for CD version was valid until 20th September 2017

 

They lied to you, as it ends on the 31st of this month according to the Better Together Update info Microsoft even put out.

So I'll just have to wait.

 

Having the same issue. Was told to contact Mojang from Xbox Support. Looking at their support via Minecraft's website it says to contact Xbox Support.

 

I have been having the same problem. It's been 7 days, and still no update for me. You need to have played for 5 hours before January 30th 3018. It's really frustrating how I can't get this update... and it seems like a lot of other people are having the
same problem.

 

I've contacted the support again and they've send me the redeem code. It tooks 4 days, half hour of chat and 11 e-mails.
