Bethesda Games not Launching on GamePass PC

So having an issue with the Bethesda Games on Gamepass where they don't launch at all no matter where I install the games, this is not affecting anything but bethesda games, and after just not responding for 5 minutes the following error comes up:

This is occuring on any Bethesda game I try. Deleting and reinstalling apps, as well as resetting the app is not solving. I know my PC can play these games as I had them installed last year and they worked but now dont after reinstaling them.

For reference my specs are:

16GB Corsair VENGEANCE DDR4 2400MHz (1 x 16GB)

Intel® Core™ i5 Six Core Processor i5-9600K (3.7 GHz) 9 MB Cache

6GB NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 1660

hit windows key and R

type winver and see which version you are on

make sure all windows updates are up to date.

If you haven't already, I would recommend trying a different user and try to launch the games again. Sometimes the performance and stability of gameplay can be affected by corrupted profile data on your Windows 10 device.

Select the Start button in the lower-left corner of the main screen.
Select your account name from the top-left corner of the menu, and then select Switch account.
Sign in with a different account.
Restart the game to see if it works correctly.

do you have any other annoying antivirus programs running on your machine, if so disable real time scanning and then try to launch. if using windows built in defender then thats fine.

Unfortunately not, I only have my hdd, my ssd does not have enough space (only essentials on there)

na that should be fine the version you are on. are you able to install the game to another drive to try.
