Beste,

Vanmiddag een spel gekocht in de online store en is ook afgeschreven van mijn rekening. Via het microsoft betaald met ideal. Helaas geen bevestiging gekregen en staat ook niet in het aankoopoverzicht in het account. Al op internet gezocht en kan eigenlijk
geen oorzaak vinden en dus ook geen oplossing. De chatfunctie is gesloten en per telefoon lijkt de instantie ook gesloten. Heeft iemand dit een keer meegemaakt en wat heeft diegene toen gedaan ? Alvast dank voor eventuele tips.

If you made a purchase today and the payment method was charged, but you did not receive the content or an email confirmation and if you cannot see the purchase on your order history, then the most likely cause would be that the content was purchased while
signed into another account on the Microsoft Store website. This is the most common way this situation occurs as accounts stay logged in to the site and need to manually be logged out to sign into another account.

The best way to get this resolved is to contact support and have them investigate what it shows on your account and look into any other possible accounts you've used to sign in online.

ik heb rond 10 juni een controller bij design lab gekocht en betaald, via ideal.

ik heb meerdere keren contact gehad met microsoft. maar geen order nummer, dus geen controller onderweg. wel 24 juni een mail gekregen over refund. zou 14 dagen duren. maar nu is het 14 juli en nog steeds geen geld of controller. er zitten fouten zitten in de xbox design lab website. maar na een maand is er blijkbaar nog niet veel opgelost.

It would be best to confirm the purchase appears in the order history on your account.

This can be done on the console by

Going into the Settings
Selecting Account
Selecting Payment and Billing
And then selecting Order History

Also try scheduling a callback at the Xbox Support Contact Us Page.

on the console. If this is the case and you have not received your gift card amount, then you must
