    Beta won't install


    Hey guys, I downloaded the beta yesterday and when I tried to turn it on today it gave me an error and said it couldn't start the game and to insert the disc. Considering there is no disc I thought maybe I just need to uninstall the game and reinstall
    to fix whatever was going on. When I uninstalled the game it gave me the usual message about being able to reinstall it from the store but the thumbnail pic of it on my home page didn't go away and the store page for it didn't have the option to download.
    When I click the thumbnail I get a pop up asking to install the game but when I click the install button nothing happens. I'm not quite sure how to either get the game to download or totally remove it from my system so I can have the option to download it
    from the store. HALP QQ

    i bought a bran new black ops one game and it said on the package works on Xbox one. I put it in and it won't install I put it in my cousins and I did. But my Xbox installed Madden right after so its not the reader? What do I do

    Yeah I'm using the Beta app, it won't install there and that's the only application that I've tried installing it through.

    Minecraft Update 1.14

    The general public release is 1.12.1. To be able to get 1.14 you will need to sign up for beta.

    You will however not be able to play on realms if you have the beta installed. If your friends have the general public release of the game you won't be able to play with them either unless you are all on beta.

    Any world opened while you have the beta installed won't be able to be opened if you opt out of the beta until the new features available in beta is released to general public.

    Before you do a refresh as kindly suggested, I would try two things first check you have no updates etc https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-on-windows/system-requirements/latest-driver-software-updates-windows-10 then also try this

    a) Press the ‘Windows + R’ key on the keyboard.

    b) In the ‘Run’ window type ’MSCONFIG’ and click ‘Ok’.

    c) On the ‘General’ tab, click the ‘Normal Startup’ option, and then click ‘OK’.

    d) When you are prompted to restart the computer, click ‘Restart’.

    If still no luck then please continue with the previous Ambassadors answers!
