    Normally you will be charged on full release (this was at least the case with BF5).

    It depends on how you pay for the game. If you pay for the game completely with Microsoft account funds (full game + any taxes), you will be charged immediately for it. Otherwise, as choppy stated, you'll be charged about 10 days prior to the game's launch
    - this includes partial payment with MS funds and covering the rest with an attached payment method.

    Usually it comes out the day of release. The Beta is not part of the official release.
