    Was working with the beta update and several home screen items wouldn't load like store and the publisher sale tile. I tried to report an issue using the controller 45 minutes later the screen was still in the "collecting information" stage. Was jot able to report a problem. I hit cancel tried to restart console from controller menu would just close and not power down. Tried a full shutdown same thing haooened. Tried report a problem issue again wouldn't actually report the problem.

    Removed beta update factory reset and now it works just fine. Issue seems to have been just with the update.

    Edit to add: no error codes and no way to report the issue. Tried to reach out to Twitter account no response. Coming here hoping to get some help. Haven't tried to replicate the issue cause to me it means the beta build has an issue awaiting insider team help.

    Thanks for the update Trim. If you can, please report this issue via Xbox App Beta using the "report a problem" located under the smiley face located on the left NAV bar in the beta app. We will request an investigation.

    If that "Report a problem" is only for the BETA, then it would do me no good as I have the issue in the official app. The BETA app solves my issue I was having with not being able to send. Unless I can report for any version. And as far as the latest version
    goes, it's set for auto update so I always have the latest. I've also already tried logging out and back in, multiple times, with no success. So if the BETA app launches as is, for the most part, then that will resolve my issue, at this point in time.

    So let me know if the "Report a problem" is for any version, BETA or Official. I'll send a report in. But if it is only for BETA, no point.

    Ranger..... did you get the April beta update? Users that have the April update are reporting that problem has returned.

    I had that problem after the Feb update, but it was fixed with the march update. I hope they catch this and fix this before they release the April.

    That's a Problem with having lots of updates.

    Hi AllOutJay, We don't have an update on when this may be fixed but to help with the investigation, please report this issue via Xbox App Beta using the "report a problem" so logs are included with the report for the developers to investigate.

    All Video Streaming Apps Stuttering Every ~30 Seconds

    post this everywhere you can, i've been reporting this via the beta dashboard since the very first beta, now its in the public build. Streaming video on the xbox one is broken. The only app that appears to be okay is netflix
