Beta to be remove!!!!!!

I am have so much issues with the beta. My friends can't seem to join in my beta. I can't seem to add them either. I don't want it anymore. Please remove me ASAP!

Beta+MSP Problem

Once you're in the beta, there is no way to remove it. You would need to make the purchases on the console that does have the beta installed.

Since you are in the beta, any issues with the beta need to be posted in the beta forums -

Removing the program from your dashboard doesn't remove the beta updates already on your console. There's currently no way to remove the updates that you've received from the beta program.

 

Yeah, I want to uninstall the update so I can go back to how it was.

 

Unfortunately, there is currently no way to uninstall the beta. Resetting to factory defaults will not work either.

You will just have to wait until next week when the beta goes live. In the meantime, you can still play online, just you are unable to join a party with friends not in the beta.

 

The beta should have warned you that once you get it you can't revert back. So maybe next time read the fine print.

 

Who wouldn't jump at the chance to get the early update. As long as i can invite my friends and carry on playing using the service i pay for. Sounds good right

WRONG. What they didnt say was...even if your pals get the update you still cant party up or chat cos it doesnt work properly. There was an option to opt out of the beta. Which i did and was then given the statement "yea ok but not until were done testing"
at which point everyone gets it anyway. Between Microsoft and EA/DICE theyve F***ed up my gaming experience. I think a PS4 may be on the cards. Here you go game you can have my piece of *** console and ill take one that works properly.

 

When signing up for the Preview Beta program, part of the terms of service are that if you choose to opt out, you will be removed from future tests, but will continue to receive updates for the current beta until the final build goes live. This is mainly
a continuity issue, so the servers aren't having to keep up with 14 different build versions as people decide they want in and out at different stages. It also says in the ToS that you will be unable to party up with players not in the preview, but that regular
multiplayer matchmaking is not affected. These have been the two biggest complaints I've seen in the beta, and they were both mentioned in the Terms.

A note to all, I've seen a lot of discussion from people who signed up for the beta and either didn't fully read the terms of service, or complained about the different bugs they encountered in the Preview. The purpose of a beta test is to test out new things
- be they software or hardware systems - which aren't ready for public consumption. When we sign up for a beta, it should be with the understanding that we will encounter glitches, but that our duty is to report them to help make the system better. If we all
signed up for a beta, and then no one runs into any problems, then it isn't useful for the developers. And if the only reason you sign up for a beta is to get a sneak peek at the update without wanting any of the bugs or glitches that go with it, then a beta
just may not be the thing for you.
