That is literally the kind of things that they want you doing on those games so that they can see what these insane interactions result in and can fix any problems that result. and what you're saying is an edited result of dozens of hours of work

That was the developer (Bungie), not Xbox. Some developers still run Beta and Alpha testing, often getting players playing so they can stress test their servers rather than specifically testing the gameplay itself.... the developers behind TDU: Solar Crown and Motorfest both had a couple of closed testing periods. You just need to keep an eye out for any upcoming games you might like and then keep an eye on their social media etc to see if they may have testing coming up.
