Beta Test code not working (English)

My code doesn't work i have contacted the support chat as well, after trying all sorts of troubleshooting methods i was told by a live support that it was definite i would need a replacement code and to post here to get the problem sorted. The person i was
talking to also said "you will receive a new code again". Apparently no more can be done and a new code will be sent to my email as it is the only thing that can be done.

Beta code disappeared

I was sent a code to beta test a game but when I went to put the code in the message disappeared and could not find the email. Would like to be able to beta test games and have the code resent to me. Thank you

 

XB Black Ops 3 beta

You don't even need to preorder, or have a code to play the beta.
Anybody can start the download from the Japan game store on the XB1, then after switching back to USA, just cancel the download, and restart it to get the english version.

 

Having same or similar issue if talking about the march beta test. Got the code, put it in and nothing happened. I can not find the app anywhere.

 

Facing the same issue and was told the same thing. Currently awaiting this new code.

 

Same issue here. Received two identical messages on Xbox Live (with the redemption code for the Beta) last Friday. Tried to redeem it from my Xbox.com profile and got an error. Today i tried to redeem it from my Xbox One and got the same error. Here below

I have tried it again on Xbox.com and now it worked! I reedemed it correctly:

Now i have to figure out how to get it on my Xbox One dashboard

 

So, after arriving home, i checked if the Beta App was somewhere on my Xbox One and no luck. I can't find it nor find a way to access purchase history to download it again. I also tried to redeem the code again but i got no luck as it said that the code
was already used....I think i'm going to contact support again

 

Somehoe I think the codes are not really sorted for any country region.

Try to switch your console-settings to language: English and Region: UK

Then use your code to download, after that switch back to your language/region and register.

Should work, it worked for me, I live in Germany.

 

Worked like a charm! After setting my Xbox from Spain/Spanish to English/UK the Registration App showed on the "Ready to install" tab for Apps. I downloaded it and then switched again to Spain/Spanish and registered for the beta trough the App.

Thank you so much! I contacted 3 support guys a no one give me a solution but you, a normal user did! You deserve a big reward for this .
