    Beta ring network issue, Xbox One X


    So today, I had an issue connecting wirelessly to my router; it kept giving me the "hardware problem" error and troubleshooting tips, none of these worked , and factory resetting the router and the xbox did nothing

    I eventually came to the solution of unrolling from beta ring, tried again to discover it immediately connected, and no issues at all.

    This new update has essentially bricked my Xbox One X from wireless networks; it was working fine before the update, and the strange thing is the ethernet was working correctly, even with the wireless issue.

    I'm going to try to enrol again and see if the problem persists and give an update to see if it happens again... let's hope not.

    When does the xbox one x get the avatar editor update?

    Hi, I tried to private message you but it didn't work.

    You have to be in the insider preview to download the avatar beta app. It works on the original Xbox One, the Xbox One S and Xbox One X. It is not rolled out by console model but by which Insider Preview ring you are in. It has now been rolled out to all
    rings.

    Insider Preview has Alpha Skip Ahead, Alpha, Beta, Delta and Omega rings. Alpha Skip Ahead and Alpha are invite only from the development team. You can use any Xbox One family of console in any of the rings.

    Is her One S enrolled in the Insider Program? She may not be but if the console was pre owned by someone who is in the insider program and the avatar beta app is installed, she will have it.

    Xbox One original, Xbox One S and Xbox One X all can install the avatar beta app, it is not console specific. Check the Insider Hub App and enroll if it shows up for your ring.

    I'm kinda of having the same issues here except that my console is connected to my Wifi and still won't connect to XBL. It randomly connects around 7:00 central but other than that it states that it can't retrieve information. I currently am using a 2015
    Halo 5: Guardians Limited Edition Xbox one Model. Note: When not connected I can't run any network test. I have checked my router and my console seems to be the problem. Every other console connected like Playstation 4 and Xbox one X etc seem to be functioning
    as they should. I'm also in the insider program. When the bug occurred, I decided to opt out of the beta ring and back into delta ring.
