Beta program update issue

Hi,

I participate to the beta program. I just made an update today and the console stayed on the green screen more than 10 minutes.

I powered it off while pressing the xbox button during 10 seconds and waited 30 seconds after having cut the power supply. Nothing changed.

I tried to use the offline update tool but it did not work : I got this error number : E101 00000504 8B050041

I joined the support and they told me you could send me a new update file. Could you please help me.

I remember this issue being an old bug that had been fixed with updates. Have you updated your console? If you are in the beta program this could be an error with the software and you would need to report this bug. If your not in the beta program I suggest clearing the cache which instructions can be found via bing/google.
