    beta program for OS and freeview addon not working


    i was on the beta program for OS and freeview addon then my xbox one broke so i had to send it back.They have sent me a new xbox back (not the same one i sent back) and i have the retail OS it isnt down loading the beta OS and the freeview adon will not
    work with this console.

    It's a beta, so , maybe you have some issues with the os. Use the private forums for the beta program and expose your problem.

    Xbox One August update.

    I've noticed that all the previous months updates for Xbox 1 always tend to be released around the 15th-20th of the month. I'm not in the preview/beta program. I don't want any OS on my console which isn't the full official OS (Dashboard) for the public.

    It's a dongle available in Europe(?) that lets you control over-the-air T.V. stations on the X1.

    Are you part of the "insiders program"?

    If so it could be that the latest OS has a slight glitch in it, its to be expected when we are beta testing OS's
