Beta program already registered

hey guys my preview app says that my console already registered but dont know to which acc and I think I can't acces anymore to this acc and now with my personal acc I can't join the beta how I can fix that thanks a lot

Xbox one beta registered to brothers account?

Hi,

Me and my brother was sharing an xbox one until he brought his own but he registered to the xbox one beta program. I tried registering to the program on my account now and it gives me an error saying ' sorry this console has already been registered to a
different account'.

Is there any way that I can have his removed from my console and then have the preview beta registered to my account?

you will need to post a new thread and ask the preview team in the Registration Support forum, they should be able to help get you sorted.

Ah, that means you haven't got the appropriate access - its supposed to be automatic when you join the preview program but it sometimes fails.

The main support team are monitoring the forums so as soon as they spot this thread they will verify you are in the program and manually grant you access.

Just keep an eye on this thread as they will update you once they have it sorted!
