Beta Preview

I got a message on my Xbox One letting me know that I am receiving the code for the beta preview, but when I opened it I accidentally deleted it. I spoke on the phone to support and they said to post here. I was just wondering if I could get the code again
or can Xbox resend the message. Thanks.

if you guys are on the preview beta then its a know issue on the latest preview. Head over to the preview forums. Just hold power button for 10 secs and disc will work on reboot.

Indie24 yes i am on the preview beta and it first happen straight after the last update the other evening.

Ok so i got an invite saying that i has invited to preview the updates. I accepted and all but i have had no word back from the Xbox one team. I don't know if i forgot something or i did something wrong. Please Help. Thanks.

on Xbox360 i was in the Preview program, on Xbox One my Status doesnt Change to Preview User. Please Help me, i wanna be a part of Beta Previews like i did on Xbox360.
