Beta preview update

I am part of the xbox one update preview program and I have the preview dashboard app along with the media player preview but I'm not running the 1409 update which was emailed to me by xbox live. Please help!

Indie24 yes i am on the preview beta and it first happen straight after the last update the other evening.

 

anyone else having issues with the August update?

It kicked me out of the preview programme. And now im confused because I dont know if the recent update was an actual update or a beta update.

 

The latest update is 1409-140820-2200 can you check yours.

 

I reset my Xbox to factory settings and now I am unable to get into the preview dashboard because it says I am not registered. I'm running 1408

 

can you go to registration support and post there, you have a better chance of it being sorted keep checking as it can take a day or two.
