    Beta level insider - I lost all of my pins and groups


    One of my favorite things about the Xbox UI is the ability to pin and make groups on the home page. I use these functions for my multiplayer games, physical backlog, Game Pass, etc.

    As of a day or two ago, all of my pins have been wiped, and my groups deleted. Has this happened to anyone else?

    Update! I fixed the issue! It's something going on with the latest console update for the Alpha Group in the Xbox Insider Program.

    I switched to the Beta group and this seems to have resolved the issue.

    I lost my beta character on Gears of War 3

    Yeah, I'm in the same situation as you. I was a level 100 reset to level 1 and lost all my medal progress, as well as beta unlocks (Thrashball Cole, flaming weapon skins), gnasher master medal with onyx gnasher, and losing all horde fortification progress.
    This all happened a few days before the cloud system was online. I am wondering how to contact Microsoft, as I have heard of people receiving codes for their beta unlocks back.
