Beta key issue

I was chosen for the beta preview but accidentally deleted the message containing the key. I contacted support and was told to post here asking to have a moderator resend the message as the beta is run by the forums? Any help would be appreciated.

Beta product key issue

Hello,

You cannot use the same code again, however, what you will need to do is go to the other XBOX Live account and login to your XBOX Live Account (or recover it onto the other console) go to your Download History and you should see the Pre-Registration application.

Download it on the other XBOX 360 and run it, wait for it to finish, and then wait for the dashboard update in the next
3 business days or so.

Download History can be found by navigating to the following:

XBOX 360 Dashboard > Settings > Account >Download History.

Beta product key issue

it says that u can do up to 3 xbox in your home with the beta program, but when i type the key in on the second one it says the code has already been redeemed, and when i click on product keys to get a new one it says no keys available. how do i get it
on my second xbox?

Hope you get that fixed! I'm waiting for my code for being an Ambassador to arrive at this moment, so I understand the anticipation.

 

I clicked that link and it takes me to a "group not found" page. The same thing happens when I try to get into the preview forum from the forum home page itself.

Hi B00MAH one of my friends has also made the same mistake (so your not the only one ), but he were told to post their own Gamer Tag in the invite a friend portion of the update preview forums, along with the fact that you lost/accidently deleted your
code, the link above should take you to the page im referring to.

 

i entered my code and it worked but all i see now is "loading. please wait" how long does it take for it to load

 

Also they have been updating the Update Preview Forum sections which is why you may not of been able to access this page though the link so retry the link Lord Blah posted (i have had to try a few times as mine also kept coming up with the "Group Not Found"
message but finally opened) and this would be your best place to retrieve your code.

 

BashfulMars, press the small button with the 3 lines on the centre of your contoller and select to quit the app and then open it again hopefully the app should now start correctly and allow you to register

 

Also wondering how long it takes to instill update.

 

Been reading people deleting their message. If you have the smartglass app, just look at your messages there. If you have a windows 8 phone just check your Xbox games section from there also.

 

I lost my key by accidentally deleting it in the x1 msg dialogue.... can I get a replacement Key and also here are some friends:
