Beta is working, RTX isnt. Is there anyway to fix this?

Discus and support Beta is working, RTX isnt. Is there anyway to fix this? in XboX Insiders to solve the problem; I have the beta clearly but no RTX, all drivers updated just cant get the advanced video options or RTX.     I have the beta clearly but no RTX, all drivers updated just cant get the advanced video options or RTX. Any tips?

    I've tried testing other games, and my results were: ticket to ride: worked. undertale: worked. deadcells: did not work and returned the same error message. but it can't be my graphics card anyways (I have RTX 2070 super) because the xbox (beta) app returns
    the same error message and the game cant even start, it never gets to launch so there's no way it's my graphics card.

    Maybe its because of my new router ?

    It's a Fritz Box and I had problems with Teredo a while ago, what I just fixed.

    But why isnt the Mic not working anyways.

    The Windows 10 RTX version got officially released on the 10.Dec of 2020 about 5 months ago as of today (20.4.21). The beta for Rtx ended on the 10.Dec 2020
