    prepaid code doesent work

    i cant Beta Code dosent work :( i want to but it says that i must write my name but i cant because it doesent let me type in........im really mad at the moment...im dealing with this problem 4 days and i cant find solution and 20 € are gone.....3 hours before buying xbox live
    prepaid code i have activated ea access with pay pal and everything was ok...

    That's the problem, I have done that and still nothing at all. I've even downloaded the beta version and it dosent work either.

    Factory reset dosent Work

    Delte all Savegames dosent Work

    Clean Cache dosent Work

    On my PC fortnite works very Well.

    Can someone Help me?

    Cant fully download the recent OS Update to connect to live (beta)

    ... and i tried to download the update to a usb but im gessing that the link i downloaded from dosent work (it dosent automatically autostart it just recognizes it as a usb storage) probally because its not a beta update so plz provide a beta update link
    to unzip in my usb

    P.S. i tried everything in the forums (clear cache, reinstall hdd etc) and even deleted the (optional media update) not shure what i did there but im desperate now.
