Beta battlefield 2042

I istalled battlefield 2042 beta with the ultimate but when I open the game I can't press a to play and y to switch account. How can I solve ?

That's perfect. Can you please Get the license for the OPEN Beta on this link once done, perform a powercycle on your console?

You need to try to reinstall the game in this case. If that doesn't work, we recommend that you contact the EA Support.

Let's try to do a few steps. First, follow these steps:

1. With the console on, press and hold the Xbox button on the console itself until it shuts off.

2. Unplug it from the wall for 30 seconds.

3. Connect it to wall again.

4. Turn it on.

5. Try to run the game and see if the issue has been resolved.

If that doesn't work, try to start the game with the account that has the EA Play subscription.

You're welcome and to access the trial simply follow the steps below:

On your console, open the Store app and search for Battlefield 2042

Select Battlefield 2042 Xbox One - Choose edition

Select Battlefield 2042 Xbox One - this should be the first option with no price available

Select Free Trial with EA Play and then select Install all
