beta app issue : microphone not working

Hello

I just test the last beta app and my Logitech g35 the microphone is not detect by the app...

In the standard no beta app my Logitech g35 works fine.

Do you have any solution ?

Mic does not work when streaming I've tried everything!

Hi Kabo, Sorry to hear your experiencing this issue. We have observed reports of the microphone not working and the NAT issue and the developers are currently investigating. To help us out and if your running the Xbox App (Beta) please report what issues
your having by clicking the happy face in left NAV bar within the app and selecting "Report a problem. This will grab helpful data and report this info to the developers. If we have further questions we will contact you.

If it's working in the Xbox (beta) app it could be that we've already resolved the underlying issue and that fix just hasn't made it to the Xbox app as of yet. Glad to hear it's working in Xbox (beta) either way!

Hello all of my microphone have an issue with the beta app 14 14 505.

I have no issue with the no beta app 11 13 600 8.

Please fix it.

How i choose the xbox beta app by defaut ? Because i can't unisntall the standard.

How i select my microphone in the beta app ?

 

Hi JC, No update, but you can DL the beta app located here:
www.microsoft.com/.../9NBLGGH1J27H. Try reproducing the issue. If the issue still occurs please report the issue by clicking on the happy face on left NAV bar, and click "Report a problem" This will send a report with helpful data for the developers to
investigate.

Another bug, when i use the dvr option i have no sound on my video... But when i was playing i have sound...

Any suggestion ?

I find the issie with my microphone it was a configuration in confidentiality setting was blocking my microphone
