    I've tried all off your "Stock trouble shooting crap" this is a xbox one you don't solve problems bye poping out the cartridge and blowing on it #1 confirmed phone number at reputation check thing check. And #2 ya I unplugged it for 2 minutes set a timer
    and everything yes my security settings allow me to send messages just l Ike they allow me to purchase YOUR GAMES so how about a little more support and alot less customer lip-service and let me send messages for the first time in 4 months since I bought my
    fresh out the box 1tb xbox one and no sir I did not get a fking error code simply says failure to send message and sends me to the link witch I will undoubtedly receive in place of a Real Solution like buying a ps4 next time so please for the love of whatever
    religion doesent offend you help me please

    Xbox One HDMI out port broke. Need Solutions.

    Once you've disassembled your Xbox console you're repair options are over. No one here will have any recommendations for unsupported setups or information on an internal fix. You're best bet would have been to send it in for repair before you took it apart.

    It took me quite a while to find anything on here related to this topic.

    I see Rock1771 did not get a reply

    I've been getting the same error message for days and cannot find this addressed in any support thread except this one.

    Any "official" out there can tell me what's going on?

    Ah ok. Never heard of that message before.

    Maybe it's because as you've never signed in on a 360 then they may be doing it to prevent you ordering a game for the wrong console. There is also the fact it wont know what console to send the download to because it usually adds them to the 360 download
    queue.

    Once backwards compatibility is officially released they will probably change this.
