    mein nicht volljähriger Enkel hatte für seine X Box dergl. das oben benannte Programm bestellt.

    Mir wurde über Klarna mehrere Monate 12,99 Euro abgezogen.

    In Bezug auf ein Telefongespräch / E Mails wurde auch vorsorglich gekündigt.

    Dann war einige Zeit Ruhe eingekehrt.

    Jetzt bekomme ich wieder eine Rechnung in Höhe von 12,99 bzw- 16,59 Euro. Diese wurde letztmals gezahlt.

    Bevor ich nun einen Rechtsanwalt beauftrage bitte ich Sie mir mitzuteilen ob die Angelegenheit nun erledigt ist oder nicht?

    entweder ist es nicht gekünidgt worden durch den Spport (das kann man aber auch selbst im Profil) oder dein "Enkel" hat einfach wieder bestellt.

    Die Frage ist aber eher, nutzt dein Enkel dein Profil, dann solltest du das abstellen oder nutzt dein Enkel deine Bankverbindung, dann liegt aber ein anderes Problem vor und sollte mal besprochen werden.
