Unfortunately, the xbox 360 is not 4k compatible.

Since the Xbox 360 doesn't support 4K or HDR, your only meaningful setting would be to have the console output 1080p and due to HDR you might want to turn on the extended black level.

And that's it. You have the best display settings possible for your HDR TV.

Check the seating of the HDMI cable in the TV and console sockets.

When the console is reconnected to the TV, turn them on in this order.. TV then AVR if using and then the console last of all.

I assume you are using an Xbox One S/X, which supports 4K/HDR.

Some 4K TV's only display 4K/HDR through one HDMI port. Is this the case with yours? You can also check your TV settings to make sure 4K(UHD)/HDR/HDMI 2.0 is enabled over the HDMI port. Verify that HDR is enabled in your Xbox display settings (set Color
depth to 10-bit, ensure HDR is enabled in the advanced settings).

Since the PS4 Pro seems to be getting HDR color over one of your HDMI ports, what happens if you were to swap it with your Xbox? Do you get your HDR colors back?

But I did buy a brand new hd 2.0 cable. That should display 4k and uhd and HDR. I will test the same cable in store on a tv and the same goes for the cable that came in the box with the xbox s. Suppose will have to test it and see what happens.
