    Best way to access my email on the Xbox One


    I really like my Xbox One and have been using it to control my media center. However, I'd like to be able to check my email and have managed to log into my webmail but the password isn't being saved - how can I get IE to save the credentials?

    If I can't get our Webmail to work, is there another way to get email? An app? It's just amazing that you can Skype on the Xbox One but you can't check email - that seems a mind-boggling omission.

    Is there anyway to regain access to my old xbox360 account? Nearly 10 years ago my account email and xbox account were hacked. I was hacked while I was very young and insanely stupid, someone scammed me and gained access to my email, and through that they
    gained access to my xbox account. I had random security questions on my Hotmail account because I was young and didn't understand the importance of them. I usually try to log into my old Hotmail account once and a while hoping it will work, it never does,
    but this time Hotmail/Outlook said that the email doesn't exist, so I have just created this email with the same email as the old one that I was hacked on. I was hoping that my xbox account would still be linked to it, it isn't. Is there any way to regain
    access to my old xbox account? I can fill in security questions to the best of my ability.

    Can't figure out my account info for EA Battlelog

    Your best bet would be to contact xbox support as long as you can verify at least one account they will be able to assist you in getting the email's changed (if wanted) and password resets.

    Make sure that you have access to one of the MSA emails or the phone number that way they can send you a verification code to unlock your account.

    There is no way to transfer purchased items from one account to another, you can use the

    Xbox Home feature     though.

    I suggest you look through your old email accounts (if you still have access to them) and see if there are any emails from Microsoft, or Xbox there.

    But since you can not remember the email or password, it can be really hard to recover the account. So It's best to get in touch with customer support and see if they can help in any way.

    gamertag doesnt match my online tag name

    my email address is the same one i use for everything, its even a hotmail email address, the thing is i have my email accessible, i have my gamertag, my gamertag that i made on my xbox isnt the one that my account online shows its way off from what i created.

    Your best bet at this point since we're unable to assist much on this here is to contact Xbox support directly:

    https://beta.support.xbox.com/contact-us

    Having some ways to prove you own the account are going to be needed if you have no access to the email.

    Credit/Debit card used for purchases some access to the email would be more than enough i'm assuming.

    Hey Renegade, they will not be sending messages to both as far as I'm aware. If it was delivered to your email then you won't receive an Xbox LIVE message. It is up to you to have an up-to-date email for them to reach you with, so I highly suggest you go
