best twitch app settings

Usually the best thing to do would be to hit "get new recommendation" every time you stream so it sets you up with the best settings.

i watched major nealson earlier and he was broadcasting the xb1 twitch app tests ur speed then sets it to the best picture streaming level

Problem is fixed.

Had to...

- uninstall the twitch app

- delete safed twitch-data from the console

- reinstall the twitch app

- reset my stream key via the twitch dashboard (website)

- reconnect the twitch app with my twitch account

After that I got my new recommendation for high quality settings.
