    Best music set-up for the Xbox One


    Hi,

    Like many people I bought into the "all in one" entertainment system idea of the Xbox One and while it's still very much a work in progress (particularly if you live outside the US) I still buy into the vision and think that one day it will be great, hopefully
    soon. Given that, I want to manage, or at least play, my music collection with the Xbox. My PC has thousands of songs on it, which I tend to use iTunes to play through its tinny speakers. Recently I've been using Google Play Music that syncs my PC music with
    my android phone and I can play it all online. I was hoping that Xbox Music would come to my rescue but the fact that it only streams its own library and only matched 300 of 4000 tracks on my PC means that I think it's no use to me. I have a new sony avr hooked
    up the xbox which supports most new fangled stuff like DLNA, airplay and the like and all my devices are on the same LAN. I've got a media remote on pre-order and I'd love to use the remote to access/play my music. It's got to be easy and fuss free otherwise
    the wife will get the hump. Anyone have any suggestions on the best way forward for me?

    Just bought XBOX One and can't download

    just bout xbox one and i can't get up and running

    bought system and COD ghosts

    set up xbox live account

    set up microsoft account

    set up xbox music

    set up xbox live

    redeemed code for COD

    several hours and although COD is in te que, i cannot get it to download onto console

    what am i missing

    Headset not working, what am I doing wrong.

    I hate to tell you this but the Xbox One console does not transmit game sounds or music through the Xbox One Chat Headset. If you're looking for an Xbox One headset that provides both game and chat audio, you should be
    getting yourself an Xbox One Stereo Headset.

    Playing Google Music through Xbox One

    Id say 100% miss , using google music as trial and cant play a single song on xbox one.

    have set to use mobile web adress in internet explorer settings and to html5 in google music settings .

    Thats the problem with a new xbox console :) app support is minimal and i dont see that change until next year at best.

    But i dont think we can expect flash support either when the xbox is acting like a mobiledevice.

    Are you broadcasting straight from twitch app on the xbox? Play Music while playing games try this link right here. Good Chance
    you won't be able to play game while running twitch and music app at the same time on the X box. You will need to have an actual set up for that.

    You can try downloading your music to an external hard drive plugging it up to the Xbox and playing it like that tp see if that works as well.

    I stream on Mixer and I have a whole set up where I play music while I'm either playing or in between games. Twitch will auto mute your audio due to licensing law so I suggest you play royalty free music as well.

    Hey Padme!

    To have your music sync across your devices, the correct settings must be enabled. On your PC, launch Xbox Music, and go to Settings, then Preferences. Under Xbox Music Cloud, make sure both options are set to ON.

    This should get your Xbox Music library synced up between your PC and WP8.

    Playing game sound with turtle beach x11

    There are already new Turtle Beaches available for the Xbox One. Saw them at gamestop the other day. I'll pick some up soon but right now no games are really worth that experience. Forza is the best game on Xbox one and the music is terrible.
