Best Game Of E3?

saw some great stuff.....

• the Halo Master Chief collection blew me away....and I'm not even a huge halo guy
  
• Sunset Overdrive.... looks like a blast
• Crackdown...... great to see this return......I loved the first one.
• Evolve looked very interesting

My fave tho since I first saw it last year is The Division. The trailer blew me away.

I'll give you must plays for each major genre, just to give you some ideas.

FPS/shooter: BF3, Halo 4, Borderlands 2, Gears of War 3, Bioshock Infinite, Far Cry 3

RPG: ES Skyrim, Red Dead Redemption, Mass Effect series

Sports/Racing: Forza 4, latest NHL/Madden/FIFA games

Fighting: Injustice Gods Among Us, Mortal Kombat

 

The best of the best of games

Howdy people..I'm pretty new to xbox....I actually just started playing a few months ago..So I was wondering what are the best games? So far all I play is black ops 2 and left 4 dead and i'm really not wanting to get burned out...

 

Witcher3. Halo MCC. Sunset Overdrive. The Division.

 

Sunset overdrive . It has GOTY written all over it. Even ign said it was best of E3

 

The Division and Rainbow Six Siege.

 

Honestly, I'm the most excited about Far Cry 4. I love Tomb Raider too, but they didn't show much.

Other games I'm very interested in are the Division, Witcher 3, and remastered GTA5.

I came out of the big conferences excited about a few things. In the interest of a more interesting list, I am excluding remasters. I am beyond excited for quite a few, but I am here to talk new games.

The games that impressed me the most were Destiny, Far Cry 4, and LittleBigPlanet 3. I have been excited for Destiny since it was announced. It looked so freaking good. By far my most hyped game of the year. I cannot wait to play the Alpha in a few days.

Far Cry 3 was a pleasant surprise for me. I hated the first two, and blindly gave 3 a chance and it went on being my game of the year that year and one of my favorites of the generation. Far Cry 4 looks incredible and everything about it seems like it pushes
everything great about 3 above and beyond greatness. I am freaking pumped.

Platformers have always been my favorite genre. LittleBigPlanet has never been my favorite, but I've always enjoyed them. The announcement of LBP3 caught me off guard and it looked great. It was beyond adorable. They had me at Oddsock, and then they threw
in Swoop too? Too adorable. It looked like so much fun for real. Makes me wish that my real close group of friends had a PS4, but I'll make do. I am really excited for this.

Of course Crackdown 3, Tomb Raider 2, Uncharted 4, Battlefront, Star Fox, and Zelda have me swooning, but they barely had a presence and little was shown or even said about them, so hard to get really excited for them.

I came out of the conferences really interested in The Order and Assassins Creed. My interest was low on those prior.

 

I want to say Scalebound but since I generally REALLY REALY dislike games made by Platinum Games, I'm gonna adopt a wait and see approach with it. I guess I'll settle for Assassin's Creed Unity. The new animations look boss.

 

I am very intrigued by Scalebound, but like you I hate Platinum Games and Kamiya. I am hopeful though.

 

@Dante I originally thought the dude was Dante lol. I thought it was a new DMC and I was so pumped. It looks like it may have co-op. I may be able to stomach it just for co-op dragon battles against giant enemies. I'd rather Dragons Dogma 2 though.

 

He definitely looks like a mix of old and new Dante. You can tell he was developed by Dantes creator.

 

I enjoyed seeing Mortal Kombat X just because of how far it's come since the last Mortal Kombat.

 

Evolve is looking very cool. Crackdown trailer was interesting.

 

@ Burst Axe I thought the same thing about Scalebound. I'm interested in this game because at first I thought it was Dante or Nero. DMC 4 was the only DMC I've played. I haven't played any games by Platinum Games so I'm interested in seeing more from
this game. I like dragons too...obviously by my GT right.

The Halo Collection I'm going to purchase. Still interested in Destiny, COD...I know its the same every year but I enjoy except for Ghosts. Tomb Raider..I'm thinking about; I've never played any of the TR games. There's still Doom for PC. I'm still interested
in The Order 1886 but then I'd have to purchase a PS4...Uncharted 4 did nothing for me. I missed MS conference and didn't watched it until after Sony's. I fell asleep during Sony's. Sunset Overdrive I want to see more from because I hate Zombie games. And
disappointed we didn't see anything from Quantuam Break...really looking forward to that game.
