    Hallo,

    wo kann man sich offiziell beschweren?

    Ich habe ein Paket (nach Reparatur-Auftrag) mit der normalen Post zu MS geschickt.

    Jetzt, nach 1 Monat hat mir die Post das Paket retourniert. Ausserdem durfte ich 20,0 Euro (Beleg vorhanden) zahlen da der Empfänger (=MS) die Annahme des Paketes verweigert hat.

    3x mit Support gechattet.

    Der heutige Supporter meinte, das nur Pakete von UPS angenommen werden, die Beiden davor haben davon nichts erwähnt.

    Ich finde da auch nichts in den Bedingungen.

    Somit habe ich den defekten Kontroller jetzt wieder daheim und der ganze Spass hat mich 20 Euro gekostet.

    13,20 für das Versenden des Paketes zu MS habe ich von Haus aus selbst auf die Kappe genommen. Meine nächste UPS-Abgabemöglichkeit ist 70 km entfernt!!!

    Bisher war noch jede Xbox bei Reparatur (was jetzt nicht so für die XBox spricht), allerdings hatte ich noch nie Probleme mit dem Ablauf.

    Und jetzt will ich mich beschweren bzw das nicht in Kauf nehmen.

    Wenn mir wer helfen kann - besten Dank vorab.

    Hello,

    where can you officially complain?

    I have sent a package (after repair order) with normal mail to MS.

    Now, after 1 month the post office has returned the package. In addition, I was allowed to pay 20.0 euros (document available) because the recipient (= MS) has refused to accept the package.

    Chatted 3x with support.

    Today's supporter said that only packages from UPS will be accepted, the two before did not mention it.

    I find nothing synonymous in the conditions.

    Thus, I have the defective controller back home and all the fun has cost me 20 euros.

    13.20 for shipping the parcel to MS I inherently took on the lid. My next UPS delivery option is 70km away !!!

    So far, any Xbox was repaired (which does not speak for the XBox now), but I have never had problems with the process.

    And now I want to complain or not accept it.

    If anyone can help me - thanks in advance.

    Hi Markus! Je nachdem an welchen Support-Mitarbeiter du gerätst, kann es leider schonmal vorkommen dass einer seinen Job nicht zu 100% richtig erfüllt. Kann mich Diegos Empfehlung daher nur anschließen, dass du es am besten nochmal probierst (höre immer
    mal wieder von Fällen wo Leute sagen dass sie nach 2-3 Versuchen irgendwann einen Mitarbeiter erreicht haben, der bereit war zu helfen - hier hilft es vielleicht auch den Wunsch zu äußern, an einen Vorgesetzten weitergeleitet zu werden).

    Hi, thanks for your answer.

    But the support cannot help me!

    They said yesterday that i should have read the terms and conditions.........i read them again and again and do not find anything that it is not allowed to send it with normal postpartner.

    So it is my fault and no money back or any voucher!

    Thats not acceptable.

    So i need a responsible higher than normal support?

    Maybe i will involve my legal expenses insurance next week.

    I know that you are not aware about this charge prior to the creation of the repair ticket. You might want to discuss other option with the post man to get the device back since you have sent it already.
