BenQ Monitor Problem...

I just bouget a BenQ RL2455HM & I intend to use it on my Xbox One.

The first thing I did was setup the Power Cord by plugging one side in the monitor and the other side in the Wall Outlet. Next, I setup the Power Box from my Xbox One and do the same thing that I did with the Monitors Power Cord. Then, I take the HDMI cable
that came with the Xbox One & and I take one side of the cable and plug it into the back of my Xbox while I plug the other side into the monitor. Now here's the problem, when I turn on the monitor, it says HDMI No Signal and then it goes black screen.

i even tried turning on the Xbox one to see if the HDMI Signal would go away and I'd see my Xbox screen, but it still says "HDMI No Signal" and it goes black Screen.

I have no Computer to hook up my monitor too so I have no use for the blue and white cables that came with my monitor. Please help, as I know nothing about fixing this.

I would make sure that your plugged into the hdmi out on the Xbox and the monitor is looking at the hdmi input, if it is still not working try resetting the Xbox one's resolution by holding down the eject button until you hear a beep. This set the xbox's
resolution down to 640x480.

So why did I not have this problem with my old monitor? Even on 1080p with both monitors at 120HZ, it’s only the BenQ monitor that is black screening.

No graphics problem. Just performance. Controllers updated, all of them, wired or not it's the same. Tried a other monitor and it was doing it, it's a BenQ 1080p 60 hz. I just changed the default background and working better with the BenQ but for the moment ! Already did that before with the LG, the animated background seem to been a problem on the series x on monitor. Maybe that's wy every times I do a factory reset it's not fixing the problem. But I don't think it's all.
