    Hi guys I've been having a issue with my xbox series x I used a ethernet cord and I get high ping on every game on my phone I get 7ms on xbox it goes up to 70-80 I'm not sure what to do I've port forwarded I've dmz the xbox nothing is working on ps4 I
    get 9 ping is something up with xbox and bell internet.

    Check the condition of your ethernet cable and/or replace it with a new one.

    Check the steps in this support page, Troubleshoot connection speed and Network
    ports used xbox live
    .

    Step 8 of the troubleshoot link above has useful information regarding DMZ's.

    Note It is critical that you use a static IP address on the console when you set up a perimeter network "or DMZ". To set a static IP address, use your router’s DHCP reservation function, when available. If this is not available, you
    will have to set up manual IP settings on your Xbox console. You will only be able to place one Xbox console into the perimeter network. Therefore, if you have multiple consoles, this solution will only resolve the issue for one Xbox console.

    I would start to resolve this issue by removing the DMZ and checking you connection with your ISP.

    If I may ask, why do you have an E1200 if the Bell device is a modem/router combo? Do you have the 2wire Modem/Router set to just modem? It can cause issues if the E1200 acts like a router and then your Bell Modem/Router acts like a router... I'd contact
    Bell and make sure that it's configured properly. Good luck getting redirected to India with their sub-par customer service though.

    Is your Bell home Hub operating in bridge-or passthrough -mode, or did you simply disable the radio along with NAT?

    If you could wire your console directly to the Bell home Hub, does is still get diagnosed with a moderate NAT?

    On your Linksys router, I advice you to turn off Block/Filter Anonymous Internet Requests.

    Also make sure your Linksys is operating with the latest version of firmware.

    any chance you could bring you Xbox to a friend's house the has wireless set up. Give that a shot. This will tell you whether it's console issue or router issue. My money is on a router issue. If that's the case you can try to get a new one from Bell.
