Bell Fibe Canada Xbox One Guide

I recently traded in my day 1 console for the elite bundle and now my xbox one guide doesn't work - it can find my cable box tv etc..however when i go to put in my postal code says my tv service providers cannot be found..This worked a day ago on my old
xbox one.

Missing Bell Fibe TV channels list

I am also using the June preview that makes the one guide available in Canada. I live in St. Catharines, Ontario and Bell Fibe is my carrier; however setting up one guide only gives me an option for bell tv (which is satellite) So the channels don't match.
I was able to select bell fibe tv for my cable box and xbox controls that perfectly. Any chance an update for bell fibe listings will be available soon?

Thanks in advance. I'm loving the new features, and once one guide is fully working it will be even better.

Exact same here - looking for information. Eastlink and Bell not found in Halifax NS search... issue with providers? or with one guide... was working great yesterday, today has no provider or not set, I try to set and says can't be found... no guide at all...
any fixes? already tried reset and erase all one guide settings, region and network set properly, pulled power plug for 15 secs... no fix...

 

Same kind of issue with me as well except im still using a day 1 console in Southern Ontario one guide no longer finds any providers yet was working fine just 2 days ago

 

I fixed mine so figured I would post here i had to add the space between the X1X 1X1 formatting of our postal codes which wasnt needed 2 days ago hopefully this helps you guys out
