    Thanks for bringing this issue to us bud! Unfortunately we suggest getting in contact with the Internet Service Provider or the Router manufacturer since they would be better qualified to assist in the matter since every router has its specific steps to
    follow. Give it a shot and let us know if we can further assist with this or any other matter!

    was having this same issue. Found this, hope it helps!

    1. Open web browser.
    2. Login to router by entering http://192.168.1.1into the address bar.
    3. If prompted for a username and password use admin/admin.
    4. Select Basic across the top.
    5. Select MAC Address Filter.
    6. Delete any addresses entered on this page.

    was having this same issue. Found this, hope it helps!

    1. Open web browser.
