    Being warned about renewal


    Lately, in the MyRewards section of the Xbox Live Rewards page, I keep seeing a warning stating that I should renew my Xbox Live Gold subscription to avoid losing my bonus rewards percentage back. However, my current subscription runs until at least 11/2018,
    so I'm in no danger of this running out anytime soon. Is something else wrong? I've attached a screenshot of this.

    On top of this, I made some purchases on April 1st for 2 songs of DLC in Rock Band 4 which don't seem to have had any effect on any rewards I might get back. Is this not something I should get any points for?

    There was an issue with some new data for subscriptions that was causing the website to see subscriptions ending soon, and showing the prompt to renew your Gold. We have corrected this issue, and the popup has been removed. Apologies for any confusion.

    If you bought the subscription through Xbox, it turns on auto-renewal (which it does warn you about before confirming payment), so if you did not turn off auto-renewal, that is why you are being charged again. You can turn off auto-renewal and cancel the

    Renewed Gold sub before renewal date. Just receieved email saying sub canceled.

    I have the exact same issue. I've gotten several emails after renewing my Gold membership warning me it's about to expire.
