Being told I don't own my digitally bought games

It's not just you, and should be fixed soon. Part of digitally owned games is a need to check with Xbox Live servers, and if that connection is interrupted, sometimes this can happen.

for:

• My Games and Apps
  
• Purchase and Content Usage
  
• TV, Music, and Video
  

We are aware that some members may be having problems playing purchased content. We are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We recommend to Sign up for the notify me option on the website for communication on the resolution.

Don't worry, you will not loose any of the games that you own due to the service alert.

I don't like that at all. If I bought the game, I should own it right? Regardless if it was digital or physical.
