    Being Suspended For Leaving A Modded Game


    I think it's ridicules when you jump in a online game and you get thrown in a modded or hacked lobby and have to stay in it for fear of being banned by XBox for jumping out of the lobby. If you stay in it there is a possibility of being hacked yourself!
    I have friends that got into a modded lobby and they received all gold guns and completed challenges! So then now what if X Box notices they have somehow received these things and suspense them?? I have been given a temporary ban for Leaving a game early for
    being put into a modded lobby or losing connection to X box live.. I know there trying to do there best at trying to stop cheating and its hard but they should be able to tell why a said gamer leaves a match and take this into account before flicking the "Banned"
    button. There, I've said my peace.

    tryed to play mw2 and got suspended WOW

    play mw2 on my 360 for a few days last week and kept being put into modded games i would like to have my account back its kinda bull when i search for a game and i kept getting into modded games leaving and having to try over and over again to play a legit
    game and now im suspended for it for other peoples doing this has to be the most bull crap thing that has happen to me on xbox

    Banned unfairly.

    he was not console banned he was temp banned for 2 weeks probably for being in the modded lobby. to the OP if you participate in a modded lobby you can be suspended or banned next time you know your in a modded lobby exit back to the dashboard or turn off
    the 360 console so you do not participate and get suspended again, the enforcement team will not reverse a suspension you will just have to wait it out sorry.

    False Suspension

    Once you get suspended and or banned there is no appeal you will just have to wait it out (if just a suspension) they will not be lifted early or at all (if a ban). and the other users are correct if you are caught playing in a modded game lobby you can
    be banned even tho you did not set it up. if you ever realize you are in a modded game LEAVE IT or you will get suspended/banned.

    but technically thats not a valid complaint and would count against your accuracy score

    he has to be cheating or mod to be suspended or cursing etc etc





    bad sportsmanship isn't against the rules



    just leave the game lobby it is that simple

    Nope that would Reqire modding which is a Breach in the code of conduct which can lead to accounts and consoles being suspended

    Yes you would risk being suspended.

    Doesn't matter who has the mods/hacks if you play with someone who is modding/hacking then you are violating the ToU/CoC & will receive enforcement action if caught.

    The only exception to this is if the games developers have intentionally put mods in the game for people to use like on Skyrim or Fallout 4

    Wouldn't it be from 343i now? :3 But for your question.....if you get booted or leave a certain amount of games in a row, you'll be suspended from Matchmaking for a certain amount of time. (Depending on how often you do it.) i.e. the first suspension is
    something like 15 minutes and it goes up each time and after a certain amount of times being suspended, it may or may not suspended you permanently.
