being spammed by someone from mixer?

Hey man, I'm sorry you're having to deal with this. It sucks that people can have access to so much and yet still choose to be complete tools. I really hope the steps outlined above help you. Please do block and report and have a great Christmas.

Here's something that might help...go into:

Settings - Account - Privacy & Online Safety - Xbox Live Privacy - Custom - View details & customize - Communications & multiplayer - Others can communicate with voice, text or invites

The Default is Everybody, try changing it to Friends which should stop randoms from being able to interrupt your Mixer stream. Alternatively, if it's someone on your Friends list then you could use Block if you don't want any messages/invites.

You should also review all of the other settings if this is the first time you have made a Custom change to ensure they are all set the way you want for the different categories.

You also don't need to join a Party to block someone...just open People - Find Someone and enter the applicable Gamertag then select Report or Block.

an option that might help is to disable notifications to see if that helps a bit or set your status to Do Not Disturb on your profile.

Also be sure to report the account(s) doing this via the tools available on the console, this will result in the Xbox Live Enforcement Team to look into it and determine if action is needed to be taken

Yeah i reported the accounts. They began to do the same to someone who was in the game with me.

Like WPAK said, its best to turn off your notifications so that they cannot bombard your screen. Make sure to report the account too.

These are the so-called barcode accounts. They are there only to spam and cause a headache for others. You should definitely report them and maybe even turn off notifications for a while or go to do not disturb mode.
