    Being spammed by mad gamers and they make new accounts.


    I would like to know why Xbox support has not responded to any of my emails I have sent in the past month in regards to being spammed by a mad gamer who went and made 7 other accounts that I had to go in Block and I am now getting spammed by them again. What is it going to take to get communication from Xbox enforcement or Xbox support before I end up taking this to legalities? I just would like to know why you Xbox support and or Xbox enforcement neglect to take care of such situations like this. If you would like to actually follow through with this please look up the emails that I've sent the videos and pictures and and do something about this. This really screws around with the time I'd enjoy playing video games. As no one would like to be spammed by 7 individual accounts and after you block it they going to make a new account just to re spam you.

    As long as you're reporting them, the enforcement team will take the appropriate action, but they won't reach out to you regarding the investigation or results. Regular support does not handle enforcement issues so emailing them wouldn't do anything.

    So because i made someone mad on Xbox and they decided to spam the report button or tell their friends to report me, I'm stuck with a dumb gamer tag. Obviously if ive had my old gamer tag for over 4 years it can't be that offensive. This is ridiculous Microsoft.
