Being spam report attacked On Xbox Live

Hi My Account recently got Spam Reported several times with the Accusations of Racism, Religious slander, Profanity, Harassment By someone that i have had the misfortune of having been in contact with Via the Community share tab over a GTA5 crew post. Which
all of the above accusations are False in fact i was commenting on the Post to Defend the group that was being Cyber Bullied by other Members of the community, i didn't like what i saw and i attempted to stand up for the ones being bullied by other community
members Which in the first place things like this should never happen on the Microsoft Xbox live community in the first place, i received 7-8 Enforcement Notice actions within a four minute period of time at the time of 6:34AM-6:38AM, someone is trying to
get my account Disabled or Banned out of spite for me standing up for the victims within the community, in my eyes IF someone does not like what other decent community members post then they should not comment on the Shared post in the first place, Many people
will agree that the Xbox live community should be an Anti Hate and Anti Racism zone which should not allow Cyber Bullies or Negative people to join the community. I do not see why i should be the Accused for standing up for others on the Community when the
ones that should be accused get away with getting another account Cautioned or even banned. i would appreciate if the Enforcement staff could investigate as to what has transpired and see that i did not act out of Hate, Harassment, Racial, Sexual Harassment
or Vulgar pretences as my intentions was to Defend other Fellow community members such as myself from the Wrong doers within the community that will not stop until they make other Community member's lives a living nightmare.

Again Please look into this.

Cool....now we get spam messages on Live

We never used to get spam because that feature used to require an Xbox Live Gold subscription. I have received a few spam messages in the past few days so I reported them as unsporting behavior or something like that and described that they were spam in the comments box.

I should also say that the fact that a REPORT SPAM button is being added to your messages in this update kinda shows the state of Xbox Live these days.

 

If you think someone is using abusive language or is harassing other players just report that person from your console, or block him from further communication. Every report gets investigated by XBLPET before a suspension is issued so if you haven't breached
the Code of Conduct there is nothing to worry about.

Fyi you aren't supposed to retailiate in anyway

You can still be reported for harassment and it doesn't matter who starts the fight

The only thing you are supposed to do is report it that's it

Any other action can result in enforcenent action
