Being signed out randomly during games on and offline

So randomly while playing snooker online it forfeits game or battlefield says lost connection,but even offline signed me out then straight. Back in. I did a hard reset but its still happening. It happens randomly about 6 times in a day ,even does it after
only 20 mins off start up.i have good internet connection as checked when problem occurs.x box only 6 months old,

I suggest that you Uninstall the game and then install it again to see if that improves the situation.

Hey cookie 👋&#55356;� if the uninstall and hard reset did not work i would suggest unplugging the power source and waiting a bit. If you are still having trouble then it could be the internet although you have good connection. Ive had problems in the past with
getting kicked out due to connection although my internet was fine. AGN

Please try to first test your connection to Xbox LIVE, if everything is alright there and no error codes come up, try the instructions below:

Try everything in the following order: delete your profile (profile only), clear system cache (3
times) in a row, restart your console (important), download your profile again.

Note: If you can't delete your profile, please turn off your console, remove the storage device, and then plug it back in and start the console.

To avoid being host booted, or DDoS'd, do NOT accept their party invites, in the game they would have to randomly kick people offline in the game, and that would be completely pointless.
