    I've checked the connection I've got and it tells me that I have full band width, yet disconnects every minute or so.

    Disconnected from live and internet crashes when using apps

    Please help

    Everytime I use lovefilm app or youtube the apps cause my internet to crash and I get signed out of live

    I have tried re downloading my profile as suggested but this has not worked

    Hello and yea I was wondering it the XBL enforcement team would please read this and help me out
    Last night I was playing black ops when it said dissconnected from Xbox live profile signed in elsewhere and then it said my profile was suspended and then a second later I tried to sign in on one of my other accounts and then it said I had been Console Banned and I was wondering if I could get some information on why this has happens
    My gamer tag was-(Stealth Servers) guys please comment and help me out it would really help me out

    Unable to convert local profile to Live silver

    I was having major problems trying to convert my offline Xbox Profile, which I had since 2009, into an Xbox Live Gamertag. Everytime I tried to sign up for it and filled out all the info, going up to the Security Question, I constantly kept getting the message
    “Sorry, Xbox LIVE signup isn't available right now. Try again later.” I tried calling customer support and they agent Diedre couldn’t help me, at all.

    Eventually I was able to log on and get my long-time profile onto Xbox Live by using a Hotmail email address I just created. So if you want to get onto Xbox Live from the console using a profile that has never been online, create and use a Hotmail email
    address when signing up.

    you're Windows profile before trying to sign in at the Xbox App or to use Xbox features. Are you signed into a different log in profile to the PC before trying to log onto Xbox Live? Let us know with a reply to determine how to best assist you.

    Hi,

    Are you sure your not trying to sign up for LIVE again on your console? If your trying to use your gamertag on your console, please make sure you are downloading the profile and not trying to sign up with the same e-mail on the console again.

    You can download the profile onto the console by going to the console's dashboard, pushing the middle button on your XBOX 360 controller and then going to download profile. Follow the prompts to put in the e-mail and password associated with the account and
    it should begin to download this same profile your logged into on XBOX.com onto your console.

    Try that out and see if it works.
