    Being sent in circles on Support Website


    My Xbox One controller developed a fault, despite being a few months old. Was told I needed to go to Microsoft Device Repair Centre which is forcing me to buy a new one, despite being well in warranty. Trying to talk to someone but the website just sends
    me in circles. Does anyone know of a way of contacting a human? This strikes me as being pretty pathetic customer service.

    I am in the same situation, feel like I'm being sent around in circles because at first I was told to contact EA. Then I have been sent here, also given the same link to click on which in turn says "group not found"

    Thank you for clarification,

    I have just been sent around in circles by both sets of support staff, I think there was an issue with linking my account to the blizzard services which caused the problem with them not being able to resolve it.

    The "v for victory" monthly reward wont trigger after earning 5 achievements on forza 5.

    I sent an email to the CEO, took around 5 days for a response only to be told to contact Bing Rewards Support Team.
