Being reported by multiple people

Hey so, my account has reached avoid me status meaning I can't join any multiplayer games/ making my xbox unplayable .

The other day I was playing overwatch I've been playing it for a very long time and I've started to reach the higher tier gameplay e.g. masters and people change as you get higher and higher. So I was in a game and picked my player as usual and basically
I did not have the best game.

I was paired with this Italian team who have been in the top 500 before and basically the were really harsh on me not having a good game, and they have all reported me for throwing the game and saying they will use all there secondary accounts to get me
banned and they were successful in getting me banned as now I can't play anything, all because I had a bad game?

Where as these guys who have swore at me and kept sending me message saying my bad after the match, have not been banned at all where as me I cannot play anything I feel this stinks and is totally unfair on me I hope you can sort this out please otherwise
my xbox is completely pointless.

Was suspended

I was reported by a few people for calling them out on cheating

I believe it was a clan that reported me. Very unfair. I've hard that these reports are shown to multiple teams yet I was suspended in less than ten seconds

Yes, this has been noticed, and seen by multiple people. I've also reported it to MS. Without the gestures being active the system appears as it needs to have the screen saver even if there is motion in the room. That, turned off systematically turned off
most of the function of the Kinect sensor.

So there doing nothing then.... I see the same people cheating months on end with no bans despite being reported multiple times .....

I have heard of bans being done when someone has been reported by multiple people at once, if the amount of people that report you in successions is high then it can happen.

This statement is not correct and a total myth. If you read this link, it clearly states multiple reports will not get a suspension https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-GB/home/howto#sub-topic0-5

@MR1LDN - did you try to install anything or did you just cut & paste? I think most people know to check the status page. There's an issue being reported by multiple people on the forum.

Multiple people are in the same situation as me and everyone is being told to report to this site. I have uploaded a version of my issue to the link above but no one is getting any help...they are being re-directed to this site with their issues.
