being reported by bullies and it happens every month and it is wasting membership+upsetting me ...

To enforcement,

For the past year 1/2 I keep being reported by bullies online and it happens every month I have always said thsi in my case reviews but they allways up helped the decision and when i try to report them nothing seems to get done and quite frankly its Christmas
in 2 weeks and im not going to be unbaned till after Christmas and it upsets me every time because it is wasted so much of my Xbox live and i have allways been a loyal customer to xbox and 2 days ago i had perchased a code for 12 months membership because
it runs out in the new year and it cost me £45 out of my own money and i feel very disapointed because most of the membership is going to go down the drain and i have tried changing my name and reporting them but nothing seems to happen to them and it is allways
me who get the ban and im very very worried that im going to get permanently banned even though i have had xbox for more than 5 years and i love the support and service they provide but when it come downt to me having to write case reviews avery month is just
sedans me so please unban me because i dont deserve any of this...

Son Being Cyberbullied

I am sorry your son is being Cyberbullied. As long as you reported and blocked the bullie or bullies. It is a shame that a father and son cant even play xbox without being harrassed by bullies, and as far as the school fight it seems to me this has gone
to the next level i would talk to the school's principal... Maybe that is what is needed.

 

My account is being targeted by bullies and I am paying for it

I am posting here today because the Case review is crap. I was rejected and it's ridiculous. My account is being targeted with reports. I only play with a small group of friends and even they are wondering how this is happening.

I have severe depression and on of my coping mechanisms is playing video games and connecting with people all over when I'm in an isolated state due to my depression. I have had random people on Xbox Live tell me to commit suicide, call me severe names,
and I have even changed my Gamertag when I noticed these bullies using Family Gold to create accounts to messages me and harass me. Yet, I am the one getting banned and suspended when I am making the reports on these accounts.

I have put a significant amount of money (to me), into my Xbox account. I have been an Xbox member for close to 15 years (The original xbox). I have had more heartache and pain in the last 3 months thanks to how awful the Enforcement Team is. When I take
every precaution such as reporting the harassment, and nothing being done to those people and I am not speaking to anyone that i do not know in real life AKa outside of xbox live.

I am being targeted and honestly have almost committed suicide because of the bullying I am still enduring, but good thing I have a great support group within my home comprised of my boyfriend and his friends. I have used the block/ mute option but that
apparently does nothing.

This is all started with the fact I got a communications Ban and 2 days later (while I still can't communicate with anyone online) I get a Harrassment Ban?!!? Now I can't play any games on my account for two weeks. But with this happening two days apart,
how do I not know that even with this two week Ban, I don't end up banned entirely?

This system is flawed and it supports the bullies, not the bullied.

I want someone to hear my story from Xbox Enforcement! Someone to care that I am being targets through their services and punished unfairly!

I need help from the system I have invested in for 15 years!

 

Just to add i have autism and i struggle to submit a case review becasue you have to go through the question and im unable to understand complex sentences like that and have failed 2 days in a row and unable to submit a case review so i have to wait till
the next day

We aren't able to assist with Enforcement actions here on the forums. As you mentioned, the case review is going to be your best option if you have concerns about suspensions. Keep in mind, the Enforcement team takes suspensions seriously and each report is
