    ok so this group of people are reporting me and getting communication band and some of them are reporting me for cheating and I’m getting band they report me every day and I need something done about it

    http://enforcement.xbox.com The enforcement team do not issue suspensions without determining whether you have done something to violate the code of conduct or not. So don't do anything that violates it and you'll

    since you are getting communications suspension maybe it's the way you talk with people

    Moderate trashtalking is OK but anything rated m is not allowed regardless of who starts it

    Have you been reported or suspended? If it's just a report and you've done nothing, don't sweat it. If you think you've violated the

    Code of Conduct     you might get some time off.

    Thats ok. As long as you haven't done anything wrong you will be fine. Xbox Enforcement doesn't just ban people for being reported. They can see all sorts of stuff behind the scenes to determine if a suspension is necessary.
